I loved Heavy on the Magic - didn’t get very far in it, but I loved it anyway. The graphics were super charming.
To bad nothing became of the two planned sequels - it would have been interresting to see what graphical style gargoyle would have used.
Aye, I always preferred Gargoyles approach to big sprites than that of Denton or Probe. The walk sequence on Tir Na Nog is worth its weight in gold.
If I had to take issue with any of the Gargoyle games it was the depths of obscurity some of the puzzles would sink to. Some of the ones in Marsport were especially bizarre.
Still, my hat off to Follis and Carter. Some of the best sprite work on the Speccy.
