So, where was I again? Ah, that’s right. I have a 15 stage rough preview of DEATH RAY MANTA available for any blogs and press folk who want to take a look. I’ll be doing the full mail out lark in no time, it’s just a matter of balancing AMOUNT OF TIME TO DEVELOP GAMES+AMOUNT OF TIME TO HAVE SOME SORT OF VAGUE EXISTENCE+AMOUNT OF TIME REQUIRED FOR NOBSHUFFLING TO PORN means that I don’t always have much time left in the day, so yeah, I’m a bit slow at that right now.
If you’re a press person or a blogger who wants to get a sneak preview of DEATH RAY MANTA before it goes live next month, cool, we can hopefully sort that out, right? You’ve got a blog, I’ve got a manta, let’s do this.
Worth mentioning…
It’s still a work in progress and things WILL change. Things are changing. That will happen. However, you’ll have a very good idea of exactly what DRM is and what it does.
I’ve just put 360 controller support in so that’s a thing that just happened.
None of the customisation stuff is ready and won’t be until I’ve got everything else finalised.
It’s a Windows. It runs on a Windows. Vista upwards. Sorry, it won’t currently run on XP because it currently doesn’t run on XP.
I would greatly appreciate all the help I can get in getting the word out about this. I often punch way above my weight in the PR stakes but I’m still just one guy in his pants trying to write a game, garner press and stuff and that’s not easy. Any words, any blogposts, any tweets about the game, anything that can help get the word out about DRM would be amazingly helpful and I’d love you for it.
It’s out in September. Which is scarily close to today, right?
