ANDROID 1: THE REACTOR RUN
Oddbob takes on the Android no-one ever played
Before Vortex released Android 2, they released Android 1. Who'd a thunk it? We stabbed it, prodded it, span it round like a record right round and spewed out an update with trippy bits and barely a semblance of the originals rigid gameplay left. An experiment in how far you can take a remake. We think it worked out alright in the end.

BMX RACERS
Oddbob assaults the budget "classic"
I want to ride my bicycle...but beware! There's old ladies at the side of the road and they're determined to bring you off with their sticks. You'd think that getting from A-B would be simple, but oh no. Careful now, you don't want to bend your wheels.

BOBAROIDS
The first incarnation of Oddbobs Asteroids variant
Rocks! Everywhere you look there's rocks. Typical. And you only wanted a quiet night out too. Somethings aren't meant to be, I guess. Blow those rocks up, make them pay for daring to block you and beware the evil bosses that attempt to thwart you with their painted lips and black clothes and red and white socks...oh, thats not the bosses - thats Goths. I always get the two mixed up, sorry.

Shoot those rocks and make them suffer.

Bruce Lee makes a comeback in this luscious homage to the classic multiformat game of yesteryear.
Over 20 years later, and I still don't know what a Green Yamo is. I do know a fine retro remake when I see one though. Enjoy.

OUR REMAKES ARE FREEWARE
This does not mean that they are copyright free. Our aim is to pay tribute to the work of the original authors and bring often neglected games up to date for current technology. Unless you stumble across one of our rare original titles, then chances are that the copyright still remains with the author or publisher of the original game.
We don't do this to rip the authors off, we make these games as they were an immense part of our childhood - and for many of the games, we still play the originals to this day. Such is their long lasting appeal. We make these in our own time, out of love for the original titles not for profit.
You should not find any of our games for sale, or distributed at computer fairs in little plastic sleeves with cheaply printed covers. We only grant distribution rights to a few select magazines who have asked for our permission to feature our work.
We frown upon people who compile discs of our work to profit on them in any way whatsoever, be that from car boot sales, ebay sales or computer fairs. Please, show some respect to us and the original authors and don't profit from what isn't yours to profit from.
If you'd like to discuss any of our games or see what other remakers are up to then why not drop into the Retro Remakes forums, the main hub of remakers on the internet and join in the fun .
DONATIONS
As our retro remakes are free you're under no obligations whatsoever to cough up any cash, our server bills do cost us a fair bit over the course of the year though. If you wish to help us offset the cost of keeping these games on the internet, then we certainly won't object to you dropping some cash in our laps to ease the pain.
Every penny we receive gets ploughed back into the site to help cover our server costs, we don't see a penny of it beyond the brief time it sits in our paypal account.
